    ~Allow colors to guide you using your felt senses rather than your logical mind, so you can overcome perfectionist tendencies.

    ~Complete and take home an 8×8″ painting on canvas, and leave with the skills to keep painting on your own.

  • Liz created and held a safe space for the class to explore our creativity and listen to our intuition. She guided us through a meditation that grounded us so our inner creativity felt safe to come out and play. Through her guidance, I felt like she gave me permission to let go of expectations. I was able to tap into something more and I am looking forward to the next class to dive deeper.

  • I used to be an avid painter, but hadn't picked up a brush in years. This class helped me let go of my doubt and need for perfection, and instead allowed me to tap into something more intuitive. The guided meditation at the beginning allowed me to relax and feel into what wanted to be created. It felt unexpectedly freeing and satisfying. This class is truly for everyone - seasoned painters, folks who want to dust off the old brush, or who have never painted in their lives.

  • Liz has a unique approach to teaching painting. With her guidance anyone can tap into their expressive mind. Personally, I have had a lot of art training and this was unlike any other art class I've had. It's been years since I have actively created and she was able to get me back into my creative mind. Other participants who attended had zero training and were encouraged to freely explore. Art truly is for everyone and Liz provides the tools, one on one help, and a relaxing fun environment that we all enjoyed!

  • My daughter and I did Liz's workshop together. I've never viewed myself as a creative, so I wasn't really sure how it would go. However, I ended up really enjoying myself. Liz made me feel comfortable even though I was initially out of my comfort zone. Her approach didn't focus on what I couldn't do but instead on what I could do. I was surprised that I could paint anything, let alone something that I really liked.

  • The class provided all the needed materials, including a canvas, acrylic paints, and a few other fun items, so we could jump right into creating. The exploratory meditation helped me focus on what I wanted to create and set a positive intention for the afternoon. The space was safe and intimate, making it easy for me to relax and enjoy the painting process. Liz was a fantastic instructor, and a well-established artist, who provided guidance and support in whatever aspect we needed help with. It was so freeing to have the space and support to create whatever came to mind.
